This will be my fourth year teaching 1st grade and technology plays a vital role in my classroom. For this website, I have provided information on digital citizenship. I hope you find this information helpful as you gain a deeper understanding of why digital citizenship is so important.
Tajah BellI am currently teaching two and three year old students at Sumter County Opportunity Head Start programs. This upcoming August I will teaching in another county with a higher grade level. I love technology!! It helps students to remain focus and attentive during instruction time. For this project, I am providing the classroom technology rules for the classroom.
Austin OwensI have recently just graduated from Auburn University in May of 2017 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Education/Teachers Education. Right out of college, I got a job at Arab Jr. High School. I was the head coach for the 8th grade girls basketball team and assistant coach for the Jr. High baseball team. My interest include spending time with my family and friends, watching Atlanta Braves baseball, and golfing. I love all sports and will watch or participate in any of them. I just completed my 19th year of teaching. I have taught 7th & 8th grade Math & Pre-Algebra for the last 13 years and this upcoming year I have been asked to teach 7th Grade Life Science (Advanced & Regular). I am optimistic about the change and look forward to the challenge. I have the responsibility to prepare my students with safe and proper usage of our technology. I am proud to provide information about netiquette.

I just completed my fourth year teaching 2nd grade. For the upcoming school year, I will be teaching 1st grade. I am excited about this change. Josh BurlesonI teach physical education at Gulf Shores Elementary. I graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Education. Along with teaching, I coach football and golf at Gulf Shores High School. I also teach archery club after school during the winter at GSES. My interests include spending time with my family and friends, working out and Alabama football. I love sports and I enjoy anything physically challenging.
